I am a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor and Life Coach dedicated to helping individuals become the author of their own life journey. I want to help you engage in the natural healing process of your Spirit, Soul and Body. My passion is helping people live their best life, through discovering the vision for their health and destiny that God has for them. I am the former producer for the Thrive Women’s Meetings, Speaker, Blogger, Life and Health Coach, and the greatest of all of these, a mother to three of the most gifted children in the world. God has also allowed me to be a Gabby. Words can not express the gift of children and Grand babies!
Oh, and I must not forget...

My Philosophy
I believe if its broken... fix it! I believe God created us spirit, soul and body and if we feed all those areas, it will have a healing effect on the total individual. I believe that each one of us are so uniquely made and God has a strategic plan for each of us in this life journey. On that, Mountain Movers, LLC and Mountain Movers Journey courses was born. A system first and foremost recognizing the triggers, uncovering the root cause and finally getting a strategy from God to Move the Mountains that have stopped you from achieving your vision.
